My name is Cintia and I am affectionately known as “CC” by the little ones.⁠

I have a Certificate III qualification in Childcare, First AID + CPR certification. I also have a Bachelor in Science with Major in Biochemistry and an Advanced Diploma in Education, alongside with a combined experience of 14 years teaching in preschool and high school in Brazil, as well as over 5 years’ experience in Australia working in childcare centres and as a full time nanny.⁠

I am proud to say that I have become a permanent resident in Australia in 2019, where I have been living in since 2015. In virtue of my genuine love for children and innate aptitude to care for them, starting the CC’s ECO FDC has always been a dream of mine, which came true registered alongside with the Waverley Council Family Daycare scheme.

⁠I am a very compassionate, patient, and proactive person, also a fun-loving professional with a deep passion for early childhood education. I love children’s positive energy and being around them makes my day.

⁠I believe that to teach children effectively you must touch their hearts long before you begin to teach their minds. I also trust that children learn most productively through playing in a nurturing, fun, calm and natural environment, with dedicated and qualified educators helping them to shape up their futures by facilitating opportunities for discovery, growth, and development.
